Terms of Service
Last updated 22 August 2026
Cashx.ID is operated by Principle Stash Inc., a Delaware corporation. "We", "us" and "our" mean Principle Stash Inc.; "you" means the person using the service. By using Cashx.ID you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
What Cashx.ID is
Cashx.ID is a directory. You list the ways people can pay you; we give you one page and one link that shows them, with a deep link that opens the right app where the platform supports one.
Cashx.ID is not a payment service. We do not hold, transmit, convert, escrow, or refund money. We are not a bank, a money transmitter, or a payment processor, and we are not a party to any payment you send or receive. Every payment happens entirely inside someone else's app — Venmo, PayPal, a bank, a crypto wallet — under that provider's terms, not ours.
It follows that we cannot verify, reverse, recover, or refund anything. When a payment request is marked paid, that is one person saying so. It is not proof that money moved, and you should confirm in the app that actually holds the money.
Your handles are yours to get right
You are responsible for the accuracy of every payment method you add. A wrong handle sends real money to a stranger, and it is usually gone. We check the shape of a handle where we can — a card number's check digit, a CPF's, the format of a UPI ID — but a correctly-formatted handle belonging to the wrong person will pass. Check what you typed, and check it again after you edit it.
You are also responsible for keeping your page accurate: remove methods you no longer use, and lock or delete your page if you no longer want to be paid through it.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU and UK) to use Cashx.ID.
- Keep control of the email address you sign in with. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- One person or organisation per account. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not claim a username in order to pass yourself off as someone else.
- You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it to the people you share it with.
What you may not do
- Collect money for anything illegal, or in a way that breaks the rules of the payment app you are pointing people at.
- Impersonate another person, business, or brand, or use a handle you are not entitled to.
- Scrape, enumerate, or bulk-collect profiles or handles. There is no directory-wide search here by design, and guessing or sweeping usernames to build one is not allowed — for people or for automated agents.
- Attack the service: break authentication, exhaust it with automated traffic, or probe other people's private pages.
- Use Cashx.ID to defraud anyone, including by pointing a familiar name at your own handle.
We may suspend or delete an account that does any of this, usually without warning where someone is being harmed.
AI assistants
You can connect an AI assistant to your account. If you do, it can read and change your payment methods and create payment requests on your behalf until you disconnect it, and anything it does counts as something you did. Confirm the platform and the exact handle before letting an assistant add or change a payment method.
Availability
Cashx.ID is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a deep link will always open the right app — apps change their URL schemes without telling anyone. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cashx.ID is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or money sent to the wrong recipient. Some places do not allow those exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so on the site before it takes effect, and continuing to use Cashx.ID after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top always reflects the current one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not resolved informally.
Before filing anything, please email us — nearly everything is faster to fix that way than through a court.
Nothing here takes away a consumer right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
